Group Travel Fundraising
Travel for a cause: raise funds for your nonprofit organization while enjoying the magic of travel.
In keeping with a tradition of supporting nonprofits, P & P Travel has partnered with Carnival Cruise Lines to create a fundraising cruise program. When you book your group travel fundraising through P & P Travel, your supporters enjoy a group cruise to an exotic destination, and a portion of their fare goes to your organization. You raise much-needed funds while giving supporters all the fun and excitement of a cruise vacation.
When you consider booking a fundraising cruise program, your organization needs to make a few decisions:
Contact P & P Travel to learn more about Carnival’s destinations, dates, and the cruises that are likely to be the most profitable.
How the Fundraising Cruise Program Works
Carnival Cruise Lines will match your nonprofit’s portion of the cruise fare up to $5 per passenger, per day. If desired, the nonprofit may mark up its portion more than $5 per person. In addition, for every 16 paying passengers, P & P Travel and Carnival Cruise Lines will add one free passenger, boosting the funds the nonprofit receives.
You receive the contribution check(s) after the cruise, based on the number of cabins sold.
